The roof geometry stays editable. If a sloped member exceeds normal 16-ft dimensional-lumber stock, Tiny Home Tool automatically switches the preliminary roof framing to an engineered / built-up strategy instead of blocking the design.

Adds an exterior-rated underside barrier and fastening allowance. Final moisture, drainage, ventilation, and pest detailing still require a site-specific assembly.

Optionally recess an end wall inside the roof footprint to create a roofed entry recess. This is part of the house framing—not a separate deck feature. Floor joists continue to the outer rim and roof lookouts extend to the fly rafter.

Choose how much of the cabin length the loft covers. Every loft joist still spans fully side-to-side; exposed sections keep the required visible rafter ties.

Interior walls & rooms Square snap

Prebuilt bathroom modules: Half bath includes toilet + compact vanity. Full bath includes shower + toilet + vanity. Walls, moisture-side finish and 32-in. sliding door are generated automatically. Tiny Home Tool checks usable roof height, floor footprint and collisions before adding one; if it does not fit, it warns instead of forcing it into the building.

The bathroom face seen from the cabin automatically matches the selected main interior wall finish; bathroom-side faces use a moisture-ready finish. Other partitions can still have separate Side A / Side B finishes.

Pine, barnwood and plywood use generated wood grain and knot textures in the 3D model. Porch-ceiling controls appear only when that end wall is inset. Each interior partition also has separate Side A / Side B finishes.

Dry-in package is included in the takeoff: roof sheathing, synthetic underlayment, required ice/water membrane allowance, WRB/housewrap, opening flashing and sill pans, matching roof-edge metal, profiled bird/rodent closures, pest-exclusion mesh, butyl tape and roofing fasteners. A-frame mode includes a ridge cap; shed-roof mode uses high-side flashing instead of a ridge.
