Tiny Home Tool output is not architectural or engineering certification, a sealed drawing, permit approval, inspection, contractor instruction, manufacturer instruction or warranty. A detailed-looking drawing does not become construction-ready merely because dimensions, cut notes or material quantities are shown.
Verify before buying or building
Actual requirements depend on the property and jurisdiction, including soil, frost, snow, wind, seismic, flood, wildfire, drainage, fire/life-safety, energy, accessibility, zoning, setbacks, utility conditions and manufacturer installation instructions. Have qualified local professionals, authorities, suppliers and manufacturers verify the design, dimensions, member sizes/grades, footings, beams, rafters, splices, hangers, fasteners, headers, moisture control, roof/flashing details, stairs/guards, MEP systems, quantities and permits for the actual project.
