Effective August 24, 2026.
These Terms govern Tiny Home Tool. Tiny Home Tool is an interactive visualization, space-planning, estimating and preliminary-document tool. It is not an architect, engineer, contractor, building official, code service, supplier, attorney or other licensed professional. No generated output is a sealed, permit-ready or construction-ready professional document.
1. Acceptance and account record
Account-only Free Pro access requires a verified email and an affirmative click on the current acceptance box presented with links to these Terms and the Planning & Construction Disclaimer. Tiny Home Tool stores the accepted terms version and time with the verified account. Simply browsing the website does not activate Free Pro access.
2. Free launch offer
While the current free launch offer is available, an eligible user who verifies an email and accepts the current terms receives Free Pro access at $0. No payment card is required and no recurring charge is created for that free-access grant.
The Free Pro access grant remains attached to that verified account for the life of the Tiny Home Tool service, meaning while Tiny Home Tool and the applicable Pro features continue to be operated. This is not a promise that the service will exist forever or that every feature will remain unchanged. The grant is personal and non-transferable and may be suspended or ended for fraud, unlawful use, abuse, security threats, or attempts to interfere with or bypass the service. Deleting the account ends the grant.
3. No construction or purchasing reliance
Do not purchase materials or perform construction solely from Tiny Home Tool output. Drawings, blueprint-style sheets, quantities, costs, cuts, spans, member sizes, hangers, connectors, fasteners, foundations, openings, assemblies and 3D geometry may contain assumptions, simplifications, omissions or errors. They do not replace site-specific professional design, manufacturer instructions, permits or inspections.
You must independently verify the actual property, dimensions, soil, frost, snow, wind, seismic, flood, wildfire, drainage, fire/life-safety, energy, accessibility, zoning, utility conditions, structural loads, connections, materials, product instructions and code requirements with qualified local professionals, authorities and suppliers before buying or building.
4. Your real-world project responsibility
You are responsible for the actual site, design decisions, professional review, permits, inspections, products, construction methods, workmanship and safety. Tiny Home Tool does not supervise construction and does not guarantee approval, structural adequacy, code compliance, material availability, price, profitability, or a particular result.
5. Future paid plans
If paid plans are offered later, the price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and other material payment terms will be shown before any charge and will require separate affirmative consent. A Free Pro access grant already earned under the current launch offer will not be silently converted into a recurring charge.
6. Accounts, saved designs and generated files
You are responsible for keeping your password and email account secure and for activity through your Tiny Home Tool account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person's account. Use the recovery tools if you lose access or suspect compromise. You may choose a profile name and optional profile photo; you represent that you have the right to use what you upload and that it does not unlawfully impersonate another person. You retain rights in design information you create and give Tiny Home Tool permission to store, process, render and transmit your profile and design information as needed to operate the service, show authorship on your designs and generate requested files. Do not resell or represent generated files as sealed or professionally certified documents.
7. Availability, warranties and limits
The service may be updated, corrected, interrupted or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee that outputs are complete, error-free, current or suitable for a particular construction project. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; abuse forms or account systems; bypass access controls; or misrepresent generated files as professional certifications.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes to these Terms will use a new terms version/effective date and may require a new affirmative acceptance before account-only features continue. Questions can be sent to ClintsCustomTech@gmail.com.
