Effective August 24, 2026.
This notice explains the information Tiny Home Tool uses to operate accounts, saved builds, feedback and generated files.
Information collected
- Verified account email and verification status.
- Profile name, optional profile photo, and a consistent fallback-avatar color when no photo is supplied.
- A salted one-way password verifier/hash and its work-factor settings. Tiny Home Tool does not need or store your plaintext password.
- Secure session records, sign-in/security events, and one-time password-reset tokens stored as hashes with expiration times.
- Versioned account-level acceptance records showing which Free Pro offer terms the verified account accepted and when.
- Project-level terms acceptance associated with generated/downloaded build packages.
- Saved design data, project names, generated previews and project identifiers.
- Download, funnel and feature events needed to operate and improve the service.
- Support requests, suggestions and moderated reviews you choose to submit.
- Optional analytics data only when analytics consent is enabled.
- Transaction information from a payment provider if paid checkout is enabled in the future; do not enter card numbers into Tiny Home Tool text fields.
Why it is used
Information is used to verify an account once, support normal email/password sign-in afterward, display your chosen profile identity with your designs, attach projects to your account, recover a forgotten password or profile name, prove and administer Free Pro or paid Pro access, generate requested files, prevent abuse, answer support or suggestion requests, improve the product and maintain service records.
Browser identifiers
Before sign-in, Tiny Home Tool may use anonymous visitor, session and project identifiers so work can be saved and later attached to the verified account. Essential identifiers are used for core operation. Optional Google Analytics is controlled by the analytics choice shown in the site.
Service providers
Hosting, database, email, analytics and future payment providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. Their handling is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Password-reset tokens expire quickly and are one-time use. Other data is kept as needed to operate the account, saved projects, profile display, access/acceptance records, security records and support functions. You can delete the account from the dashboard; that process deletes account records handled by the application, subject to records that must be retained for security, legal or completed-transaction purposes.
Your choices
You may use essential-only analytics, update your profile, change your password, update your account email after verification, delete your account, or contact ClintsCustomTech@gmail.com with access, correction or privacy questions.
