Effective August 24, 2026.
Current Free Pro access
During the current free launch offer, eligible verified accounts receive Free Pro access at $0 after affirmatively accepting the current terms. No card is required and no recurring charge is created, so there is no subscription payment to refund or cancel. The grant remains attached to the verified account for the life of the Tiny Home Tool service, subject to the Terms of Use.
Generated downloads remain planning information
Build packages are generated from the saved design. Downloading a file—or labeling it a blueprint, drawing set, cut sheet, schedule or material list—does not make it a sealed professional construction document. Open and review important files, then independently verify construction-critical information before purchasing or building.
Future paid offers
If paid memberships or paid digital products are enabled later, the applicable price, renewal, cancellation, refund and legally required rights will be disclosed before checkout and will require separate affirmative consent. Free Pro access already earned under the current launch offer are not silently converted into recurring charges.
File problems
If a generated file is missing or corrupted, contact ClintsCustomTech@gmail.com with the project identifier and a description of the problem.
